Valerie Jagiello aka Valerie Jay
Valerie Jagiello, aka Valerie Jay, Class of 1960 a country singer, writer and graphic artist. Listen to her lovely voice and enjoy her artwork while you do. The artwork is called "Trees in the Snow II" @2009 Valerie Jagiello. After graduating SIA Valerie continued her artist education at the School of Visual Arts. The song "It's Such a Lonely Time of Year" was written by American music legend Chip Taylor who besides being a prolific and gifted writer is a record producer who still records and performs today. Valerie Jagiello became Valerie Jay after she made her first record at the age of 18 months and recorded three songs during her very first session. While living in New York City Valerie Jay was a jingle singer, writer, who produced several Latino radio commercials and co-wrote two children's albums. She has recorded for M-G-M and Epic Records. Valerie Jay has toured stateside, the U.K. and Europe and lived in Nashville for many years. Valerie has appeared on many tv shows and country music festivals. During a brief stay in Los Angeles she recorded the opening vocal for "The Woman Inside" a 20th Century Fox film. She now calls Texas her home and she shares it with Harry Gareth Edward Spaulding....a Puli with attitude from Birmingham U.K. who happens to have his own monthly Internet column!
